Please allow up to one business day for order processing and for a tracking number to be generated. Orders placed on Friday afternoons or over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Domestic orders may take up to one week for delivery.

Handling times may vary based on seasonal order volumes, weekends, and holidays. Once payment has been processed, changes to orders cannot be accepted and may incur a restocking fee. Cancellations, whether before or after a tracking number has been issued, will be subject to a processing fee.

No returns or refunds will be accepted.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders generally arrive within one week, but may take up to two weeks in the event of customs delays. Once shipments are dispatched, we cannot control the delivery speed. If you notice that your parcel is not progressing in transit, please reach out to the carrier for assistance. We will do our utmost to ensure that your orders are delivered.

INSURANCE

All orders that are lost or damaged during transit are insured, minus the shipping cost.

To maintain your privacy and facilitate customs clearance, all international orders will be shipped in discreet packaging.

Customs Regulations on Syringes:

Due to stringent customs regulations in some countries, we are unable to ship syringes. Instead, we provide packaging in glass tincture bottles for items that would normally include syringes. This approach helps avoid potential customs complications and ensures timely delivery of your order.
