Shipping, Handling & Returns Policy

Order Processing & Handling Time

We process and provide you with a tracking numbers for your orders within one business day after your payment has been confirmed.
If you place your order on a Friday afternoon or during the weekend, we will have it shipped to you on Monday.

Although most domestic orders arrive within a week, please note that the delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or weekends. We always try our best to ship your package as quick as possible.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your payment is processed, we do not accept order changes. Therefore, please review your order carefully before completing your payment.
If you need to make a change in your order then, it may incur a restocking fee.

Similarly, canceling an order, be it before before or after your tracking number has been sent to you, will result in a processing fee.


Returns & Refunds

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final, so make sure to double check your order before submitting it.


International Shipping

While most international packages arrive within one week, customs processes may occasionally cause delays of up to two weeks.
After your order is dispatched, we cannot influence the delivery speed, as that depends on the shipping company incharge of your package and the customs in your country.

If you experience any delay in your delivery, we recommend you contact the shipping agency directly for updates. However, we will always do our best to help and make sure your order arrives safely and on time.


Insurance

For your own peace of mind, we insure all shipments against loss or damage for when the package is in transit.
However, please note that your shipping fees are not covered under this insurance.


Discreet Packaging

To protect your privacy and ensure a smooth custom experience, all international orders are been package discreetly.


Customs Regulations on Syringes

Due to the strict customs laws in so many countries, we are unable to ship the syringes directly.
Therefore, we replace all the products normally sold in syringes with glass tincture bottles to avoid customs issues and ensure a safe and successful delivery.
